Offices లో ఏదైనా Software issue వస్తే IT teams మన workstations ని remote లో connect అయి resolve చేస్తారు. CSE and IT touch లేని వారు అంతగా ఆసక్తి చూపరు వారి పనేదో వారిది. కాని, ఎపుడైనా మనం దూరం నుండి వేరొకరి system లో ఎవైన softwares ని install చేయాలనుకున్నా, personal గా కొన్ని ఫైల్స్ ని share చేస్కోవలనుకున్న, వారి works ని monitor చేయాలనుకున్నా మనం ఎం చేయాలి?
సమాధానం: Team Viewer, చాల simple installation. Run చేస్తే మీకంటూ ఒక ID and Password వస్తుంది. ఎవరి display ఐతే మీరు monitor చేయాలనుకుంటున్నారో వారి credentials ని input చేస్తే చాలు వారి display మీ monitor లో ఒదిగిపోతుంది.
